Refund Policy

ResumifyPro provides digital products and digital services with immediate access. This page explains when a paid purchase may be refunded and when purchases are final.

1. Digital purchases with immediate access

ResumifyPro sells digital products and digital services, including PDF Export unlocks and Career Pro access. Paid functionality is delivered electronically and access begins immediately after successful payment processing.

2. General rule

Purchases are final once immediate digital access or feature delivery begins. Refunds are generally not provided after access starts, except where a qualifying objective issue exists or applicable law requires otherwise.

3. Immediate-access consent

Before payment is completed, buyers are asked to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that once access begins the purchase becomes final and non-refundable except for the limited exceptions described in this policy.

4. When refunds may be granted

Refunds may be granted in limited situations such as:

  • a technical delivery failure on our side that remains unresolved for more than 24 hours after it is reported to support
  • a duplicate charge for the same purchase
  • an incorrect charge caused by our billing or pricing error
  • a refund required by applicable consumer protection law

5. When refunds are not normally granted

Refunds are not normally granted for subjective or user-choice reasons, including:

  • change of mind after purchase
  • choosing the wrong language or product by mistake
  • not using the unlocked feature after delivery
  • no longer needing the product or access
  • expecting functionality that was not promised at the time of purchase
  • general dissatisfaction after successful digital delivery

6. Product-specific notes

PDF Export unlocks paid export functionality for the selected language. Career Pro unlocks all supported language packs and included premium features described at checkout or on the pricing page. Once access is granted, both purchases are generally final unless one of the limited refund conditions applies.

7. Technical issues and support

If a paid feature is not working as expected, contact support before requesting a chargeback. Many entitlement or delivery problems can be resolved quickly by restoring access or correcting the affected purchase.

8. How to request a refund assessment

To request a refund assessment, contact [email protected] and include the email used for purchase, approximate purchase date, payment reference, and a short description of the issue.

9. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was unauthorized, contact support first so we can investigate. Filing an abusive chargeback after valid digital delivery may result in restriction of the affected account.

10. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law.
