•Recruiting agencies using ResumifyPro as a client service
•Institutions requiring SSO, custom branding, or dedicated onboarding

Verification requirements

Applications are verified using official website/domain signals, applicant role confirmation, and accreditation/public proof references where applicable.

•Official institution website and work email domain preferred
•Applicant role should be counselor, teacher, administrator, or program lead
•Institution must confirm non-commercial educational use
•Estimated student and staff volume is required for seat planning

Re-verification policy

We run periodic checks to maintain program integrity and fair access for institutions and students.

•Annual light re-check for eligibility continuity
•Full re-verification every 2-3 years or on major institutional changes
•Earlier review if domain ownership or usage patterns become inconsistent
